Poco Sunningdale and Global Construction Mangement (Pty) Ltd
When the project planning started, Global Construction Management (Pty) Ltd (GLOBAL) was asked to install the suspended ceiling. As the relationship with the client progressed, GLOBAL seasoned O.H.S., Bobby Black was asked to handle Health and Safety for the project. Thanks to our high standards and professionalism, all this progressed into GLOBAL being in charge of installing the suspended ceilings, doing the dry walling and partitioning, as well as painting all the inner walls and display areas. The other part of the project was the laying out, painting and furnishing of the Deli, which will ensure Poco customers and staff always have something fresh to eat or drink!
The most amazing occurrence in the retail sector is the 'birth' of a new store. We would like to thank our client, Poco and Richard de Villiers, the Project Manager for the trust and confidence they displayed in entrusting this project to GLOBAL, It was truly an exciting challenge and we would like to thank our staff for rising to the challenge and for doing a truly amazing job. Like the pieces of a puzzle, everything fell into place and with opening day now a thing of the past, our staff, hand in hand with the other Contractors and Management made sure that this turned out to be a truly successful project.
